We aim to dispatch all orders placed by the next working day, however during very busy periods this may not always be possible.
We use eco-friendly and recycled/recyclable paper and card packaging to send out your orders, so your plastic free goodies don’t arrive smothered in plastic. We absolutely never use any bubble wrap related products or plastic packaging. We have packing peanuts, but rest assured they are not plastic! (they are compostable and have been reused from our suppliers). The paper tape we use is fully recyclable at the kerbside along with the cardboard outer packaging. Our paper is recycled and also recyclable. We also reuse protective packaging and boxes from suppliers and personal deliveries, so if yours looks a little worn, it’s all in the name of low waste! Please reuse your packaging if possible – or recycle it.
Signed Missing Parcels
All of our parcels are sent with signed delivery via Royal Mail and must abide to our signed parcel policy. If your parcel is signed for and delivered to the address on your order, we cannot process claims that the item is missing.
You will need to contact Royal Mail directly to report a missing / stolen parcels, which will get passed on to the Royal Mail investigation team.
All of our products are subject to our 14 days return policy and must not be used (unless accepted cause of return). To request a refund simply email us. We aim to refund all payments if in accordance to the policy within 7-10 working days.
Conditions of return:
- Items without all original packaging cannot be returned
- Damaged Items and used items caused by the recipient cannot be returned
- A request for a refund must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer
Unfortunatly as a small business we can not provide refunds for any used items, this is within our rights.
Please note, we do accept returns on any sanitary items by law.
If you receive a product which is faulty then you need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and let us know. We will arrange a refund/replacement item for you ASAP.
Unfortunately sometimes orders do arrive damaged. This is out of our control. Please send us a message within 48 hours including an image of the broken item. We will send this to the courier and investigate it immediately. In the event that this happens, we will send a replacement order to you straight away. We can not refund damaged items as it is against our fraud prevention policy. However you are still welcome to return the damaged item in line with our returns policy for a full refund. Please note as we are a small company, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we will however refund all original postage costs from when you placed the order.
